Hi, welcome to Jewels by Rachel

I’m Rachel, the founder of Jewels by Rachel.

My desire is to make jewellery pieces that you enjoy owning and wearing as much as I enjoy making them. I offer the opportunity to enjoy handmade unique pieces in your jewellery collections, pieces using predominantly copper bronze and brass with selected gems and stones. My designs are largely inspired by small memories from travelling both for pleasure and for the work over the last 20 plus years.

I am a British artisan jeweller based in the heart of Piemonte, Italy. I handcraft every piece myself, with a passion for quality and an eye for the details that I hope make you smile. My jewellery is made to be enjoyed and I'm so glad you're here to see the collections.

If you'd like to know a little more about me, well, I live with my husband, our cat and our dog, we moved here to the Italian countryside more than a decade ago now, seeking a little adventure and to build a different life to the one we had in the cities of the UK. Learning to live in and embrace a new culture, new language, a different way of life and juggling the needs in years gone by to travel extensively for my previous work commitments have all influenced the creation of Jewels by Rachel. This idea began in my mind only around 2014 when I first began to learn the skills of Jewellery making, the first items I ever made were our wedding rings! (and they're still going strong!) Wow, that feels like a lifetime ago. Professionally, my head and heart are now all in on building Jewels by Rachel from the beginning so welcome and do join me on this little ride.
